Fernando is one of our founding members and has been at the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed . He is a past Chair for the Chicago Alumni Network of Sigma Lambda Beta and an alumni from Lewis University. He brings over 18 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Tax.
JUAN MORADO
Board of Directors
Juan is founding member, and brings tremendous experience in the legal field. He is alumni of DePaul University and obtained his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a Partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, LLP and has extensive civic involvement in the City of Chicago.
JOEL RHEA

Joel is an invaluable member of our team. As a member of Sigma Lambda Beta since 1987 he brings a huge network of relationships and an unmatched amount of experience that has helped our organization succeed. He is a career educator and an alumni from Western Illinois University.
DANIEL JAQUEZ
Board Member
Daniel not only brings great ideas to the table but is known to lead by example. He was the first Lifetime Member of the Chicago Alumni Network which helped establish our foundation. He is an alumni from Northern Illinois University and currently works as an auditor.
DOUG GARCIA
Board Member
Doug brings many years experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization's brand and exposure. He has a unique ability to connect with the public which has been key to the success of our golf outing. He is an alumni from Western Illinois University.
JULIO PEREZ
Director of Fundraising
Julio joined the We Can Achieve Foundation with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and is focusing on developing the organization with experience and integrity. He has taken the task of leading our fundraising efforts. As an alumni from University of South Florida he brings an outside perspective to Chicago.
ROBERTO CEBALLOS
Past Board Member
As a founding member, Roberto was instrumental in helping to create the vision and foundation of the organization. Lots of our success is currently owed to his extreme commitment and dedication. He is now the current Chairman of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc.
